今天在眾多球迷的期盼下，A-Rod重回先發，可惜前三打席分別敲出平飛球出局、內野飛球出局，及三振無功而返。8局上他在球隊3：2領先，1人出局、滿壘時最後一次上場打擊，結果敲出滾地球出局，但也送回1分，助隊終場以4：2贏球。
